You Will:
- Establish and build workflows in the CRM
- Clean up existing CRM account, including ensuring all leads are correctly categorized and all existing data is accurate and complete
- Provide ongoing support to the marketing team in all aspects of CRM lead management, including assisting with manual lead entry and data cleanup as needed
- Work closely with the Marketing team on ensuring lead follow-up process is being followed, running analytic reports, and updating the team on any issues or recommendations to improve SharpSpring process
- Assist in the creation of testing, sending, and analyzing SharpSpring emails
- Assist in the creation of testing and analyzing SharpSpring landing pages
- Spot ways to improve the usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks
- Customize and pull marketing reports from the CRM
- Flag customer trends the business should respond to
- Meet with teams to help them analyze business trends
You Have:
- HTML and CSS experience (preferred)
- Experience with campaign orchestration, nurture campaigns, segmentation strategies, and analytics
- Previous experience with marketing automation software; familiarity with SharpSpring CRM (a plus)

- 10 hours per week
